Rodeo Boy 2 is an easy-to-use horse riding fitness machine developed based on a horse riding exercise machine, where you simply sit and sway. By adding vertical and swinging movements to the front-back and left-right seat movements, the motion becomes three-dimensional, strengthening the muscles of the lower limbs and core (abdominal and back muscles) more than the traditional Rodeo Boy. The seat is designed to fit your sitting posture, allowing for stable training of the often-unused muscles in your abdomen, back, and thighs. It provides an aerobic workout indoors with an exercise intensity comparable to walking.
It's safe even for those who lack confidence in their physical strength. It's easy to continue using daily. Recommended for those concerned about lack of exercise or poor posture. In addition to automatic courses, it features 4-step speed adjustment and a 15-minute auto-timer to prevent overuse.
