Tescom Low-Temperature Cooker TLC70A-K Black

This is an excellent device that allows for low-temperature cooking without the need for water.
The TESCOM low-temperature cooker features easy dial operation and comes with a thermometer.

I used it once as a gift.
I have discarded the original box, so it will be shipped in a different cardboard box.

While typical home low-temperature cookers measure the water temperature, the Tescom Core Temperature Smart Cooker TLC70A cooks by measuring the core temperature of the food with its unique core temperature thermometer.
[What you can make] Roast beef, chicken salad (even breast meat won't be dry!), chicken liver pâté, amazake, authentic chashu pork, and more. Popular recipes are included in the accompanying recipe book, so you can start cooking as soon as you receive the product.
No large pot or large amount of water is needed, making preparation and cleanup easy.
Comes with a recipe book supervised by Chef Onishi, allowing you to try various recipes.
