This is a men's obi with white dots on a black background.
It may be a heko obi, but the width is narrower than others.

The material is unknown.

Measurements were taken by an amateur alone, laying it flat on the floor, so please consider them as a reference only.

Length when folded in four: 71 cm

This has been stored long-term by an amateur.
There are wrinkles.
Please remove wrinkles yourself.

Upon a cursory inspection by an amateur,
there is a red stain near the center of the back side.
There is one large stain approximately 3cm square, one about 2cm in size,
and about two lighter ones.
It has seeped through to the front side,
and is visible on the front as well.
I believe the stained area will be less noticeable when the obi is tied.
There are several areas where white threads are slightly exposed.
Other than that,
no visible stains, spots, damage, or fraying were found when viewed from a distance,
but as this is an old used item, there may be small or faint ones that were overlooked.

It is priced low,
