All three pieces are made in the U.S.A. The stamp machine has minor scuffs on the metal body. The Mercury tin has surface wear and some discoloration, no dents. Gently used overall, still a well-made set. Solid pickup for a vintage office collection or anyone who actually needs a numbering stamp . Non working one of the number bands is broken, decorative only action works
