This is a product that was purchased previously and used about 2-3 times for family camping.
This is a set of two double-sized mats.
If the inner tent width is around 250cm, it's a good size and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.
There are two ways to use it: in hot weather, use the bronze side up for comfort, and in cold weather, use the silver side up.
Based on my experience, if used on top of an inner mat, I didn't wake up with any body pain. Also, unlike inflatable mats, these can be unfolded and used immediately. This saves time, especially when you have small children, and makes for a more relaxed camping experience afterward.
