Of course, only the screen doesn't display; the power turns on normally. The remote control is included, and it responds to remote control operations when the power is turned on.
This is being sold as a junk item, so please only purchase if you understand the condition and agree to no claims or returns (NC/NR).
It was used for about 1 year after being purchased new, but I believe the condition is relatively good apart from the cracked LCD.
