Glossy Finish KAWAI Upright Piano

Purchased new from a store in 2021.
My daughter quit piano, so I decided to sell it for someone else to play.
Some price negotiation is possible.

Tuned twice a year in 2021 and 2022, once a year in 2023 and 2024. Not tuned in 2025.

There are no noticeable scratches, but there may be minor ones.
It has been well cared for and can still be used.

Please understand that as it is not new, there may be dust, fingerprints, etc.

If desired, a chair (with scratches), piano cover, and soundproofing mat (with pilling) can be included.

Please bear the cost of shipping arrangements and moving expenses (loading/unloading) yourself.

This is for a detached house in Tokyo, with standard delivery.

Regarding the warranty, I confirmed with Kawai, and it appears to be located on the back of the piano. It is facing the wall and I have not been able to check it. Please only purchase if you understand this.
Regarding tuning, I asked an acquaintance through my piano teacher, so there are no records.
It has not been tuned for the past two years, so please understand.
