The built-in NP-F570 battery will also be charged within the camera.
The camera operates with priority on external power, and the battery is not consumed while the external power is connected.

When the power is disconnected, it automatically switches to battery power.

The included USB-C charging is for charging only (trickle/slow charging), and power supply is primarily from the AC adapter.
