This is a fluorinated grease that uses a special thickener, allowing it to be cleaned with petroleum-based solvents. Please note that it cannot be used for motorcycle FCR carburetors. Its water resistance is inferior to regular fluorinated greases (do not use in areas exposed to direct water). It can withstand temperatures up to 260°C.
On the other hand, while applying regular fluorinated grease requires complete degreasing of the application area, this grease can be used after simple cleaning and can be removed with general parts cleaner after application.

The roll bearings in cardboard manufacturing equipment (corrugators) operate in harsh environments with high temperatures, heavy loads, and high speeds, requiring grease with extremely high performance. The main essential performance characteristics are as follows:

1. Excellent Heat Resistance and Thermal Stability (200°C to 250°C or higher)
* Maintains performance at high temperatures
* Low Volatility: Base oil is less likely to evaporate or volatilize at high temperatures.

2. High Load and Extreme Pressure (EP) Properties
* Resistance to High Loads: When pressing cardboard paper, bearings experience strong line contact loads. Therefore, extreme pressure additives are incorporated to ensure powerful performance that prevents oil film breakdown.

3. Oxidation Stability and Long Life
* Long-term Stability: Ensures long-term maintenance intervals by preventing grease from oxidizing and deteriorating, increasing acidity, or hardening during operation.

4. Adhesion and Sealing Properties at High Temperatures
* Adhesion: Possesses moderate tackiness to remain within the bearing and prevent leakage at high temperatures.
* Foreign Matter Prevention: Sealing performance to prevent the ingress of cardboard dust and adhesive (starch paste) into the bearing.
