I am located in Sumida Ward, Tokyo.
The wheelchair and the unopened spare tire are light. You might be able to carry the spare tire on top of the wheelchair, or if you are healthy, you might be able to push the wheelchair and take it home by train, etc. However, I have not tried this, so if carrying the tire is difficult, the tire is already packed, so you could ship it from a convenience store in front of your house, and the shipping cost for the spare tire should be lower.
Although I appear to be large and strong, my muscle strength has not recovered, and I am as weak as a young girl. Therefore, while I can offer some assistance in lifting and loading it into a car, I am not much help. If you need help loading it, please arrange for it to be done late at night when my son is home, or on his day off during the week.
If you have average adult strength, regardless of gender, you should be able to load it into a car.
Based on my experience, a regular passenger car might not be able to close the trunk lid if the wheelchair is placed inside. However, it fit fine when placed on the passenger seat or in the gap between the back seats.
This is an assisted and self-propelled wheelchair.
Brakes can also be applied from the push grips.
The back can be folded for compact storage.
It can be folded and the back can be collapsed. It has puncture-proof tires, so they will not go flat.

Confirmed for long-term operation indoors and outdoors.
The spare cover is not new, so please wash it before use.
