Daiichi Aluminum

Hoshimaru Brand Grater - Medium Size
Height: 25cm, Width: 11.5cm

When I purchased this online, the seller mistakenly sent me two. It's handmade by artisans in Japan. The blades are sharper than those made of resin or ceramic, allowing for a satisfyingly crisp grating experience. It's also lightweight and easy to handle.
