Azuma Minamoto no Ichimonji Masakuni is an extremely rare, top-tier kitchen knife crafted by the former master blacksmith of the high-end knife brand Nenohi. It features a blade made with Mizu-yaki (water-quenched) Aogami (blue steel) and a Mizukagami Togi (water mirror polish) by a renowned sharpener, boasting artistic beauty, exceptional sharpness, and durability.

Legendary Nenohi Blacksmith: Crafted by the artisan also known for Nenohi's predecessor and the Ittetsu brand. Mizu-yaki Aogami: Utilizes the highly difficult Mizu-yaki technique (quenching in water) and Aogami (blue paper steel), known for its hardness and long-lasting sharpness. Mizukagami Togi: Features a superb polish by Shinpei Ino, resulting in a mirror-like finish.
