I used this 5 years ago when my child broke their arm at 2.5 years old.
The waterproof arm cover was only used while the cast was on and has been stored at home long-term since then.
I visually inspected it for holes due to deterioration, but I have not tested it by submerging it in water.
The arm holder was handmade with the idea that my own child could use it at home, so I used whatever fabric I had on hand, and the sewing is not particularly neat. However, it was very helpful when my child had a fracture, so I would be happy if someone could use it.
The strap was too long, so I folded it and re-sewed it with a sewing machine (photo 11). It is possible to make it a little longer by undoing the machine stitching.
Please note that it will be shipped folded.
