■ Cultivation Notes
? Optimal germination temperature: Around 20-30°C (sow after the soil temperature has sufficiently risen).
? Germination period: Approximately 3-5 days.
? Sowing period: Around May to June. Scatter seeds thinly at a depth of about 0.5 cm.
? Thin seedlings when they reach about 10 cm in height, aiming for a final spacing of 15 cm.
? Once the plants exceed 30 cm in height, mound soil around the base to prevent lodging.
? Harvest by cutting the entire plant when the lower leaves wither and the pods turn yellow.
? Dry by hanging in a well-ventilated area, and shake out the seeds once the pods split open.
