● Features
Elongated medium-sized fruit, averaging around 110g. It has thick flesh with low water and seed content, and a good balance of acidity and sweetness. It is a classic of Italian cuisine, traditionally used for paste tomatoes and sun-dried tomatoes. It doesn't become watery even when cooked, reducing cooking time. It's also suitable for stir-fries and stews, allowing you to recreate rich Italian dishes at home. It is rich in umami components (such as glutamic acid) and is perfect for tomato sauce! ?

Optimal germination temperature: 25-28°C / Optimal growing temperature: 20-30°C.

● Cultivation Method
In early spring, grow seedlings at temperatures above 20°C. Sow 2-3 seeds per pot and thin to one seedling when 2-3 true leaves have appeared. Transplant when flowers or buds appear on the first flower cluster, with a spacing of 30-40cm between plants. Transplanting is approximately 70 days after sowing, allowing for a long harvest period.
