Put about 5ml of water you want to test into a measuring container, add 1-2 drops of the test solution, shake gently, and wait for the color change.
If chlorine is present, the color will usually change immediately.
By comparing the changed color to the comparison chart, you can determine the approximate residual chlorine level.
If the color does not change, no chlorine is present.
