Description

Pine New Shoots - 25 pieces
Green, long, spike-like

- Plant Type: Pine New Shoots
- Color: Green
- Characteristics: Long, spike-like
- Growth Stage: Young shoots

Pine new shoots contain vitamins, minerals, and polyphenols, which are expected to have antioxidant effects and improve blood flow. I drink them mixed with Awamori (Okinawan distilled spirit). Awamori is also said to contain components that prevent blood clots (activation of urokinase), so I'm hoping for a double effect. However, it's important to be mindful of not drinking too much.

Some people seem to drink them as tea.

I am a part-time farmer in the northern part of Okayama Prefecture, cultivating on black soil (which was once used for the grounds of Koshien Stadium) using natural farming methods without pesticides.
