The seat areas have some spots, but they can be cleaned with a damp cloth (see photos).
The footrests are not as clean and are in the condition shown in the photos.
As seen in the photos, some items may have slight rust on the surface, but they are sturdy and stable with no wobbling.
No holes or tears are visible on the leather parts of the seats.
They are usable and do not transfer any residue to your hands when touched (subjective).
The seats rotate smoothly and silently.
