These are DIY parts for fixing 2x4 lumber vertically to create posts.
To simply erect a post, no complex procedures or special tools are required.
They can be easily installed as they are securely fixed using the force of a jack.

Adjusters with only the upper part have existed for a while, but I thought about how to make it work for those without an 8mm drill, and thus conceived and created the lower part. The drill-free type was my idea.
DIY Storage Parts
Washers have been added between the upper hex and the lumber. This addition provides stability and acts as a lock nut.
Therefore, when assembling the upper part, please insert the washer onto the bolt before inserting it into the hole.
Assembly
As we ship disassembled, please insert the washer onto the bolt, lightly tighten it (do not overtighten) as shown in photo 3, insert the post, then add the washer, nut, nut, and washer in that order, and tighten the upper part with the nut.
Installation Method
① Cut the 2x4 lumber for the post to a length of approximately 80mm less than the installation height.
② Screw the lower part of the adjuster to the top of the 2x4 cut in ①. (Photo 4)
③ Insert the threaded part of the upper adjuster into the hole drilled in the post from ②.
④ Once positioned, stand the post vertically (use a level) and tighten by turning the lower nut clockwise with a wrench to create tension.
〇 For scratch prevention, place the sheets between the floor/ceiling and the adjuster, at the bottom of the post and top of the adjuster. Attaching with double-sided tape is easy.
Tools Required
〇 13mm wrench or monkey wrench, or other tool to turn the nut
〇 Electric drill or impact driver or Phillips screwdriver
〇 Saw (You can also have it cut at a home improvement store)
〇 Level (Apps are also available.)
Drill not required
Due to being handmade, there may be slight variations.
