This item is a 1990s vintage burnout velvet top from the brand R&M Richards. This dark romantic top features a deep V-neckline with pleated detailing and a central rhinestone brooch accent. This Burnout velvet top with light shoulder padding has a sheer, textured paisley pattern and 3/4 flowy sleeves. The brooch accent has 2 missing rhinestones not at all immediately noticeable-see photos. The top is marked 24W. The fabric does have stretch.
