[Usage Period] ● Can be used from early pregnancy, but recommended from 5 months of pregnancy onwards. [Wearing Position and Precautions] *Please refer to the photos on the package. ● For wearing position, align the lower edge of the belt so that it passes over the pubic bone, and attach it so that the lower edge is parallel across the hips. ● Precautions: Do not overtighten; adjust the tightness so that you can fit your palm between the belt and your body, and wear it so that the belt conforms to your body. Absolutely do not wrap it around your abdomen, and avoid tightening your abdomen.
