【Authentic Sendai Hira】 Premium Silk Hakama with Hakama-dome

[Authentic Sendai-hira] Hakama

Sendai-hira is the highest quality silk hakama fabric produced in Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture, dating back to the Edo period. It is designated as an Important Intangible Cultural Property (Seiko Sendai-hira). It has a crispness and luster, and is characterized by its elegant spread when sitting and its straight hem that falls like a bamboo blind when standing, and is known as the synonym for men's hakama.

The hera (hakama stopper) of the hakama is a small plastic or wooden plate sewn inside the back waist plate (koshiita) of the hakama. By inserting this hera into the knot of the obi, the hakama is prevented from slipping down, preventing the garment from losing its shape and maintaining a beautiful appearance.

Used only once and stored in a paulownia chest.
I borrowed it from my parents' house, but when I tried to stretch out the wrinkles during storage for the purpose of selling it, the part exposed to the light got slightly burned. I was scolded because it is a very valuable item at a high price, and I am very disappointed.
I will sell it at a low price considering that point.
Personally, I think it won't bother me when worn, but it depends on the person, so please check carefully before considering. I will only sell it to those who can understand and agree. The price is set to [less than 1/20 of the purchase price] that I heard from my mother, considering the above condition. It's probably about the rental fee.
