【Features of the Riptide Series】
Saltwater-resistant coating, the motor housing features a triple-layer special coating to prevent corrosion from saltwater. The circuit board is completely sealed for saltwater resistance. All connectors are also sealed with heat shrink tubing. Sacrificial anode and a zinc corrosion inhibitor on the propeller nut are equipped to prevent corrosion inside the motor.
