This is a Selmer S90 180 alto saxophone mouthpiece.
Includes the original drawstring pouch (mouthpiece case) and instruction manual that came with it.
A ligature purchased separately is also included.

I believe it was used for about 1 year.
There are tooth marks. Other minor scratches can also be seen.
