Curated group of three vintage California motel matchbooks from the golden age of roadside travel, representing Northern, Central, and Southern California destinations. Includes two UNUSED matchbooks with unstruck matches (Dana Inn – Mission Bay, San Diego; Petaluma Inn Motel – Hwy 101) and one USED matchbook (Casita Motel, Santa Barbara) with approximately half the matches remaining. All matches are original to the books. Light age wear consistent with vintage ephemera. Great lot for collectors of California travel, mid-century motel history, and roadside Americana.
