When you first receive it, there are caps on the parts where the legs attach. You will need to remove these caps before attaching the legs. If the caps are difficult to remove, you may be able to use a screwdriver or similar tool.
The condition of the rubber is good, with no stretching or deterioration. It appears to be in clean condition with no signs of aging. However, as it has been stored unfolded for some time, please understand that there may be minor scratches before purchasing.
The original box it came in is available, so we will ship it in that box, with the shipping label attached directly to the box.
